Commercial Loans : We can extend short term loans secured by your commercial receivables to support your international or US or Turkish domestic commercial activities. We may require additional collateral in the form of personal and corporate guarantees or mortgage in Turkey or in the US. We apply competitive rates based on LIBOR or US Prime Rates. We may extend such loans in US Dollars or Euros. These can be term loans or revolving lines of credit.

Project Financing: We can finance your middle and long term projects with term loans in matching maturities in US Dollars or Euros. In cooperation with our Head Office we finance Turkish privatization and various government projects. We can also finance wholesale, long term car sales collateralized by a lien on sold cars. Such loans are paid back by the cash flow obtained from the financed project according to the predetermined interest rates which may be variable based on LIBOR or may be fixed. 

Mortgage and construction related loans: We can finance construction and development projects in the US and extend revolving lines of credit and term loans to be used for additional working capital secured by mortgage of commercial or residential property. Additional collateral may be required.

Forfeiting: We can buy trade receivables of US exporters to Turkey on non-recourse basis. We especially look favorably at receivables documented by a promissory note or a bill of exchange either signed as obligor by a Turkish corporation or guarantied by a Turkish financial institution, for either of which we have an available line of credit.

Supporting Trade Activities: We further support trade activities, if we have available credit lines for opening or confirming bank or the obligor of  a collection document, by discounting the proceeds at competitive rates.
